CBD International City is a useful search term, but it should not be the end of your comparison. An apartment's daily comfort depends on the exact building, floor and layout. A careful viewing helps you distinguish a useful offer from one that only looks attractive online.

Begin in the shared areas

Look at the entrance, lifts, corridors and waste-disposal route. Ask who manages the building and how maintenance requests are raised. Notice whether shared spaces appear cared for during ordinary use.

Visit the parking space included in the offer and check the route to the lift. Ask how visitors and deliveries enter. If parking is important, get the arrangement written into the relevant documents.

Check the apartment's usable shape

Measure the bedroom and main living space. Look for wall space for a bed, sofa and cupboards, and check that doors do not block furniture. A larger advertised area can still feel less useful when circulation takes up too much room.

In the kitchen, look at worktop space, appliance positions and ventilation. Check where laundry will be washed and dried. Ask to see storage areas instead of assuming they are behind closed doors.

Test comfort during the viewing

Ask to run the cooling and listen for unusual noise. Check the bedroom with windows closed and consider light and privacy. Look for visible signs of leaks or previous repairs, then ask how any concern will be investigated.

Write a precise repair list with photographs. Agree which items will be completed before handover and how the finished work will be checked.

Compare travel from the actual entrance

Test the journey to work and regular errands. Include the time to leave the building and reach your car or walking route. A general area travel estimate may not match your exact apartment.

Visit again at a different time if parking or noise seems uncertain. The purpose is to understand your likely routine, not to find a perfect building with no trade-offs.
